Pal Realty & Finance LLP
The Brief
PAL Realty Finance needed a website that could speak to two very different audiences: direct loan seekers and builders.
The challenge wasn't simply presenting financial products online. A person looking for a loan and a builder looking for project finance arrive with completely different requirements, questions and expectations. One website had to serve both — without making either audience feel like they were navigating the wrong experience.
The Hardest Problem We've Solved
The toughest part was creating a clear digital journey for both audiences while keeping everything under one brand.
We structured the website so visitors can quickly identify the path relevant to them and access information specifically designed around their needs. Direct customers can explore relevant loan solutions and move towards an enquiry, while builders get a dedicated experience focused on their financing requirements.
What looks straightforward on the surface required careful planning of the website's information architecture, content structure and user journeys underneath.
The goal was never to create two separate websites.
It was to make one website behave differently depending on who is visiting it.
Built Around the Customer
Financial websites can easily become crowded with products, information and forms. We focused instead on guiding visitors toward the information that matters to them and making the next step clear.
Every section was designed with a simple question in mind:
“What does this visitor need to know before they are ready to enquire?”
One Brand. Two Audiences.
The final website brings both audiences together without compromising either experience.
For the individual, PAL Realty Finance feels approachable and relevant.
For the builder, it communicates a more business-focused offering.
One brand. Two customer journeys. One clear digital experience.
