Refund &
Cancellation.
Your advance payment books your project slot and lets us start work. This page explains when it can be refunded and how to cancel. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we have shared any design with you, we refund the full amount you paid.
2. Not happy with the first design
If you do not like the first design we share, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and before you approve it, and we refund your advance in full. Domain names already registered for you are the only deduction. After you approve a design, the guarantee ends and section 3 applies.
3. Cancelling after you approve the design
Once you have approved the design and we have started building, the advance covers the work already done and is not refundable. If you cancel part-way through a project paid in full, we refund the part of the price for work not yet started, after deducting the value of the work completed.
4. If we cannot deliver
If we cancel a project for reasons on our side, we refund everything you paid for work not delivered.
5. Payment errors
If you are charged twice, or money leaves your account for a payment that failed, we refund the extra amount in full once the payment gateway confirms it. Most failed payments are reversed automatically by the bank.
6. What is not refundable
- Domain names and other third-party costs already paid on your behalf;
- Hosting and renewal plans after they have started;
- Projects closed after more than 60 days on hold while we wait for your content or feedback.
7. How to request a refund
Email kiranvibhakar@kaimakcrevanto.com with your order number (it starts with KC-). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Refunds of international payments are made in the currency you paid in, so the amount you receive can differ slightly because of exchange rates and bank fees.
