1. Who we are

Kaimak Crevanto ("we", "us") is a website design and development studio based at 412, The Adelphi, B Wing, Kalawad Road, Nr. A. G. Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005, India. "You" means the person or business placing the order.

2. Scope of work

Each package includes exactly what is listed in our pricing section at the time of your order: number of pages, dynamic sections, first-year hosting and content changes. Custom projects include what is written in the quote we send you. Anything outside that scope, such as extra pages, extra sections, content entry or redesigns, is quoted and charged separately before we start it.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices for Indian clients are in Indian rupees and exclude tax; GST (18%) is added at checkout.
• Clients outside India pay in US dollars or British pounds, converted from our rupee prices; IGST (18%) is added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your own country.
• Your tax invoice is issued to the billing name, address and tax ID (GSTIN or VAT number) you give at checkout.
• All packages and custom projects are paid 50% in advance and 50% before launch, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Packages marked "from" have a starting price. If the agreed scope is larger, we confirm the final price in writing before work continues, and the balance is adjusted accordingly.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Domain names, paid plugins, stock images and other third-party costs are charged at actual cost.

4. Timelines and your content

Delivery times start on the day we receive your content: text, photos and logo. Delays in sending content or feedback move the launch date by the same amount. If a project is on hold for more than 60 days because we are waiting on you, we may close it; restarting may be quoted again.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you send us, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

5. Revisions, launch and bug fixes

We share the design for your feedback before building. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch and are never counted as content changes. The balance payment, where applicable, is due before the website goes live.

6. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, the website design, your content and your data belong to you. We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Hosting and renewals

First-year hosting is included where the package says so. Renewal is optional and billed yearly at the renewal price shown for your package. If a renewal is not paid, hosting and the included changes may be suspended after a reminder.

8. Liability

We build every website with care, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, sales or uninterrupted third-party services such as hosting providers or payment gateways. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project concerned.

9. Governing law
