This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit kaimakcrevanto.com or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
Kaimak Crevanto ("we", "us", "our") is a website design and development studio based at 412, The Adelphi, B Wing, Kalawad Road, Nr. A. G. Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001, India. We are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website, as defined in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
2. Data you give us
When you fill in a form on this website we collect only what the form asks for:
- Enquiry forms: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address (where asked), the service you need, your budget range, how you heard about us, and your message.
- Testimonial form: your name, company, position, email address, rating and review text.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: anything you choose to send us directly.
3. Data collected automatically
- Visit logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and how long you stay on a page.
- Approximate location: city, region, country and network provider, looked up from your IP address. We never use GPS or your precise location.
- Marketing source: the first page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or a Google Ads click ID). This is kept in a cookie for 30 days so that, if you send an enquiry, we know which channel brought you to us.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how visitors use the site (pages, clicks, scrolling and, for Clarity, anonymised session replays and heatmaps). Clarity masks what you type into form fields.
4. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and communicate with you about your project.
- To publish your testimonial on this website, after we review and approve it. Your email address is never published.
- To understand which pages and marketing channels work, and to improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and to block spam and abuse (for example with Google reCAPTCHA and rate limits).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing newsletters.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as far as needed:
- Hostinger: website and database hosting.
- Our email provider: delivers enquiry notifications to us and our replies to you.
- Google: Analytics (visit statistics), reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the contact form), Maps (the map on our contact page) and Fonts.
- Microsoft: Clarity (usage analytics).
- IPinfo: turns an IP address into an approximate location.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): serves some of the website's code files.
- Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for the forms to work.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver our services and meet legal and tax obligations. Visit logs are kept for security and analytics and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated;
- have your data erased, and withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Security, children & changes
The website runs over encrypted HTTPS, and only authorised staff can access the admin panel where enquiries are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows when it last changed.
